What indicators should be controlled for pyrolysis diesel and gasoline delivery? Why? When driving, to what degree should the quenching oil be heated before driving? What kind of oil is usually taken when driving? How much should be taken? Thank you.
Fuel oil (not called pyrolysis diesel) is extracted from the factory through steam stripping to control the flash point. The pyrolysis gasoline coming out of the quenching water tower and the pyrolysis gasoline at the bottom of the debutanization tower are sent to the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit for further processing. It is enough to contain as little C4 as possible. When the quenching system is started, quenching oil circulation must be introduced. When the temperature is low, the viscosity does not meet the requirements and the pumping cannot be done. The temperature needs to be around 190 DegC.
140~160 is enough. You can also use CGO to mix some residual oil when driving.
FO delivery mainly controls the lightning viscosity and water-containing driving needs to be heated to above 140 degrees.
Fuel oil controls flash point and viscosity. The pyrolysis gasoline coming out of the quenching water tower and the pyrolysis gasoline at the bottom of the debutanization tower are sent to the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit for further processing to contain as little C4 as possible and control the dry point of the gasoline to less than 205 DegC. When the quenching system is started, quenching oil circulation heating must be introduced, and the temperature needs to be 150 DegC. Otherwise, when the cracking furnace is switched in, the dilution steam will condense, the quenching oil will contain water, and the quenching oil will be evacuated.
