That can’t be right; usually, the solution is to park the vehicle. Additionally, efforts should be made to reduce the entry of pollutants by starting with the raw materials, with a focus on removing water and alkalis from hydrogen, as well as sulfuric acid from chlorine.
Unless there’s no other choice, one has to stop the vehicle and clean it; I’ve seen articles mention an online cleaning method that involves adding a small amount of water to the chlorine pipeline. Since the chlorine gas pipe is in the middle and higher than the outer combustion pipe, it is only effective when entering from the chlorine gas pipe. Our unit has attempted online cleaning, but it involves significant risks; if not done properly, it can cause the burner to explode. The SGL furnace’s manual contains descriptions regarding online cleaning. Pay attention to flow rate and time during online cleaning. Personally, I think the burner does not need to be cleaned; if cleaning is necessary, it is definitely due to a problem in the upstream process that has caused the hydrochloric acid furnace to malfunction.
