Seeking advice: liquid receiving tray

I have a very basic question for everyone. What is a liquid receiving tray in a distillation tower? I’m too embarrassed to ask other people. When inspecting the distillation column, in addition to the support rings for the tray plates, there are also support rings for the liquid receiving trays, and the distance between these rings is greater than the distance between the tray plates. How are they distributed among them? I hope everyone can upload a picture. Thank you! !
I suggest you look for equipment diagrams of plate towers used in distillation columns; there is information available on such tower equipment. The format here does not meet the requirements, so I am unable to upload it
