Improve production processes to serve production needs
1) Ensure smooth production progress； 2) Improvements and renovations such as energy conservation, reduction of consumption, and expansion of production capacity ； 3) Resolve special situations that arise immediately
First, it is necessary to ensure proper enforcement of process discipline. Second, optimize the current production process. Third, integrate the on-site equipment to ensure that the processes and the project are as well-matched as possible.
Production Department: Responsible for organizing and directing production, formulating production plans, and compiling production data. Technical Department: Responsible for providing technical support for manufacturing processes, as well as for quota calculation, quality control, process management, and technical improvement initiatives; some technical departments are also in charge of inspection tasks. Equipment Department: Responsible for equipment maintenance, formulating major repair plans, and energy management. Some equipment departments also oversee mechanical maintenance and instrumentation.
The Technical Department is definitely concerned with technical matters: 1. Working together with the production workshops to carry out relevant technical upgrades, conduct inspections and acceptances, archive relevant documents, and carry out evaluations; 2. Monitoring the implementation of process parameters in the production workshops; 3. Solving technical problems that arise in the production workshops; 4. Managing additives and other related items in the production workshops; 5. Keeping track of industry developments and conducting research on new projects
The top priority is to implement and enforce the process procedures!
No matter how hard the production technology department works on a daily basis, one thing must be kept in mind. The top priority for the production technology department is two words: innovation.
Provide guidance to standardize production operations and ensure product quality. Improve production processes, enhance the flexibility of production operations, and reduce production costs.
I think it’s important to understand the patterns of production, identify the shortcomings in the process equipment, and come up with solutions; of course, it would be even better if those solutions are creative.
Consider the purpose of the company establishing this department. I believe: First, the production process, stability, and improvement. Summary of second production assurance and technical issue analysis. Third, study the usability of production equipment and improve it. The fourth aspect involves studying employees’ operational habits, and training front-line staff to follow standard and proper procedures.
