Paragraph 6 of Article 2.1 of the new regulations requires that each steel plate intended for use in pressure vessels be accompanied by a quality certificate. Does this mean that a separate material quality record and a separate material usage record must be kept for each steel plate upon its arrival at the factory? As a result, the material inspectors will have an increased workload.
It’s just copying and pasting – they find even that too much trouble; P
