Dear experts, are there any spacing requirements between the air coolers in the methanol distillation unit and other equipment? What is the distance if any? Is the layout distance between the evaporative cooler and other equipment the same as well?
The exact distance is unknown, but moisture corrosion needs to be taken into account; the air around chemical plants has a high acidity, and equipment suffers severe corrosion in environments with high levels of moisture.
