It is not easy to reach 300g/L. If hot water (such as light salt water, condensed water, etc.) used in caustic soda production is used, the concentration may be high. The concentration in our factory is generally around 250g/L.
Nowadays, underground salt treatment is used in the open air, but underground salt treatment often requires cleaning of the sludge in the salt pool. Is there any way to increase the speed of salt removal and reduce labor intensity? Is it convenient to clean the sludge in the salt pool? Can the sludge of chemical salt tank be treated with plate and frame machine?
