Common causes of leakage in the seal of urine pumps and solutions?

Original poster, I’m just guessing a few things here; they might not be correct, but I hope they can still be of some use as a reference. 1. High precision is required for aligning the pump body with the motor; 2. The installation must be done correctly – it’s best to have the pump manufacturer guide the process; 3. It’s important to choose high-quality seal replacement parts (some say those from Chengdu are good); it’s ideal to use seals that are compatible with the original pump; 4. For seals that require sealing water, the water supply must not be interrupted, and the amount of water injected needs to be controlled; 5. The pump should not be operated in a vacuum condition, as this can cause vibration; 6. The sealing water and the process fluid must be clean, without any solid particles; 7. The water and material flow must not be interrupted during operation, to prevent crystals from forming and damaging the seals. The seals used in the urine pumps in our facility (with a capacity of over 100 M3/H) are still in good condition, and there’s no need to replace them frequently.
