Hello, everyone! Which property equations are suitable for simulating the CO conversion in shell gas? Recently, ASPEN simulation using the PSRK equation was employed, and a significant discrepancy in temperature was found compared to that provided by the catalyst manufacturer. Let’s exchange ideas.
The P-R equation will do. The temperature rise can be controlled in other ways
The SRK equation that I use frequently shows a large phase difference of around ten degrees, with the values becoming more similar later on
