It's absolutely possible, but it depends on the waste and the cost is very high. It is recommended to use PVC/FRP.

It should be possible. After all, sodium hypochlorite is a cl2+naoh reaction. Aren't the anode plates of electrolysis and the heat exchangers of alkali liquid all made of titanium? In fact, as long as it is not used in purely dry CL2 equipment, titanium can basically be used, but the cost will go up.
