Aspen unit setting issue

I’ve been learning Aspen recently, but I’ve found that the unit settings are quite strange, mainly regarding the unit settings for the target calculation values and variable values in the flowsheeting options. For example, if the calculation target is pressure, some use bar while others use Pa. As for variables such as mass flow rate, it can be expressed in kg/s at times or in kg/hr at other times. My head is spinning – I have no idea when or with what unit to use it. Because if the units are wrong, it’s impossible to perform the calculation at all. . . . Everyone, **please help!**
There are of course many different types of units, and this makes things very convenient; the person who uses them frequently finds it great
In the set-up, global units can be defined; the default options are imperial, metric, and SI. I prefer the metric system, but it’s also possible to create one’s own set of units by doing so in units-sets.
As mentioned above, that’s how it should be set up. Another simple approach is to, when opening Aspen, first select a template; generally, it’s better to choose the metric system, as this ensures consistency
Each physical quantity has many units to choose from, which is quite user-friendly. There is no need to perform conversions between different units manually, which is convenient.
