As the title suggests, I’m from the north and have never been to the south. But now I have a great opportunity at a reputable company, the Technology Center of Shanghai Huayi Group, which has sent out an interview notice. From what I’ve learned from the website, this company is quite good and has a bright future. Could you ask the seniors from this company for some guidance? What are the company’s benefits and compensation, and what are the career prospects for postgraduate employees? There’s another issue: I’m quite interested in joining the company at the moment. How can I prepare better for the interview?

The technical center of the group is likely to offer better conditions and benefits compared to its affiliated chemical companies.
Thank you! I went for the interview, but I still don’t know the result yet. Keep it up!
:Both the master’s and PhD student I know went there; one of them had connections; A mentor is an acquaintance
Are you referring to Huali? It’s okay with me; the mentors don’t know them either. Well, haha.
Yes, but the results aren’t available yet. .
The results are in. I wonder if the two people you know are that lucky.
Congratulations to the original poster; I’m from Huayi BXS. Wishing you success in your work!
It should be good; the company has a project converting glycerin into acrylic acid, and I’m quite optimistic about it.
