How does everyone handle the gas with reduced pressure? We burn it in a constant-pressure furnace using a separate burner, with evacuation achieved through high-pressure gas, but the results are not very good either. Here, let’s draw on some of the better practices others have adopted.
We use multiple burners that mix high-pressure gas with fuel oil to burn inside the reduced-pressure furnace; combustion is induced by the high-pressure gas, and the result is quite good. Be sure to clean the flame arrester regularly.
It’s the most reasonable method. If it doesn’t work well, it’s because the burner is of poor quality.
It is led to a vacuum furnace for burning. Use a gas burner.
Depressed gas contains high levels of H2S, causing severe corrosion to the heating furnace system. We are preparing to enter the flare gas tank for treatment, purification, recovery, and reuse.
The previous small compressor was used to recover gas from the top of the vessel; this gas could be sent for use in catalytic or coking distillation processes, or it could be stored in gas tanks, where it could be processed, refined, and reused
Generally, the amount of decompressed gas is not large, so it is reasonable to use it as fuel in a heating furnace; using high-pressure gas with a low-pressure gas gun yields better results.
Reduced-pressure gas, right? It refers to those non-condensable gases that are behind the vacuum liquid ring pump, isn’t that right? We directly connected a 2\" pipe and led it into the furnace to burn it. There isn’t even a burner. . . . But I went to take a look this morning; there was hardly any fire, and it seemed like nothing had been separated out. Before, I would let them vent it directly, hehe~~~~
