I am planning to synthesize electronic chemicals in a metal autoclave. In terms of thickness, a \"film\" is not suitable; it should be referred to as a \"liner.\" National standards require that the polytetrafluoroethylene liner have a thickness of two millimeters. By the way, what exactly do you mean by “electronic-grade chemicals”? This chemical has extremely strict requirements regarding the level of metal ions; it is recommended that all equipment be lined with PTFE. Do not take any chances, as otherwise the finished product will not be acceptable to customers.
