This is not necessarily the case. It is related to the free chlorine at the outlet of your dechlorination tower, as well as the amount of water that has been dechlorinated. It mainly controls the pressure and acidity of the dechlorination tower. (Remember to rate me!)
Is the flow rate of the dechlorinated brackish water stable? I experience significant fluctuations; generally, the free chlorine level before adding sodium sulfite after dechlorination is 10, and the volume of low-salt water is 38 M3
The flow rate is stable; it has little to do with dechlorination. The brackish water you get should be stable as well
