Seeking experience in using GAMS software!

GAMS is an abbreviation for “General Algebraic Modeling System”; it was developed in 1992 by Meeraus and Brooke from the World Bank in the United States. GAMS is an advanced computer language for application-oriented model construction that integrates relational database technology with mathematical programming theory, allowing mathematical models and data to be independent of each other while providing users with a convenient interface between models, algorithms, and data. It includes a compiler and a high-performance solving engine. It is easy to use; the encapsulated algorithms can be called directly without any need to modify the user’s model description. It can solve various types of practical problems, such as LP (linear programming), NLP, ILP, MLP, etc
GAMS is used for solving mixed-integer nonlinear equations; there are many resources available on mathematical websites. Using this tool can help one learn operations research well:P
