Are there any magazines that publish papers on pipelines?

I have written some papers on pipeline design; may I ask which journals publish papers on pipelines? Note: It’s not through magazines that sell space.
I am familiar with works such as \"Chemical Engineering Equipment and Piping\" and \"Piping Technology and Equipment\", and I have also published some papers!
2# 1999 Do these magazines charge what’s known as a page fee? I was rated as a senior engineer many years ago, so I don’t need to purchase layout space.
May I ask, apart from the magazines mentioned above, what other magazines are there? Could you provide their names?
