Does anyone know the progress of Jiu Tai Energy’s 500,000-ton methanol project in Linyi? Have work resumed? What about Jiutai’s projects in Inner Mongolia? Has production started?
It seems that no work has resumed. The 600,000-ton methanol plant in Linyi was designed by a distillation center, while the 1 million-ton methanol plant in Inner Mongolia was designed by Sulzer.
Which “distillation center” was designed? What is the energy consumption per unit of product? 2# haimesa
The distillation center is the **Engineering Research Center for Distillation Technology** at Tianjin University. Jutai Linyi’s proposal involves two sets of equipment with a capacity of 300,000 tons each; these two sets, operating in a three-column process, share one absorption tower. The designed energy consumption is 1.02 tons of steam per ton of purified methanol, and the purified methanol meets American Double A standards, with a yield of 99.8%. The pre-tower is 2.4 meters, the pressurized tower is 2.6 meters, the atmospheric tower is 3.4 meters, and the absorption tower is 2 meters. If there’s anything else, feel free to ask
Jiutai Inner Mongolia was designed by Tianjin Tianchen, and installation is currently in progress; 90% of the installation has been completed
Oh, is the distillation center technology that advanced? Is the methanol energy consumption 1.01? How is it in actual driving? By the way, where will the coal for this project come from? Whose is the reaction technology again?
Both projects are in the installation process
The project in Linyi is still on hold, while the project in Ordos has been under installation throughout and has not stopped; the installation should be nearly complete soon
What about equipment procurement? Which devices have been purchased, what stage is things at right now? Could someone please elaborate on this? Thank you
Has this project already started? ? ? Those who know the specific address of the Linyi project, please share it with Fanqing. Thank you first.
