I would like to ask about the measures to take when a DCS controller freezes! Thank you!
The most common method is reset and power-up; controllers rarely crash, and they are all redundant.
:Lol, is the DCS controller frozen? Hehe, it’s not you who’s doing this, right? So far I’ve encountered two issues that can cause the controller to crash ； 1. Excessive load 2. Incorrect configuration. I don’t know which case applies to the original poster, hahahahaha! !
In general, in such cases, one should not rush to reset it or turn off the power. First, all the error codes should be recorded, as well as all the alarm and event records from the DCS. And then reset it. Finally, these fault information are sent to the manufacturer for analysis in order to draw a conclusion.
