Issues regarding the painting of oil tanks for corrosion protection

I am currently carrying out anti-corrosion treatments on the surface and inner walls of a 30,000-capacity tank: there is one layer of epoxy zinc-rich primer as the base coat, one layer of epoxy ferrochrome anti-rust paint in between, and two layers of polyurethane topcoat. The tank is used to store gasoline. I wonder if this painting structure will work. Another very important point is: how the first primer is formulated, such as its viscosity and the mixing ratio, as well as the second anti-rust coat and the third topcoat. . .
