One of the projects I’m working on involves a sludge thickening tank for seawater pretreatment discharge; anti-corrosion measures are needed, but no relevant standards can be found. Is there anyone among you who can offer some guidance?
I also found some professional discussions on the anti-corrosion treatment of pool surfaces online; I learned about methods such as \"one layer of fabric with three coats of paint\", \"two layers of fabric with four coats of paint\", and \"three layers of fabric with five coats of paint\". I’ve forgotten which specific standard it is. Since it’s a sludge thickening tank for pre-treatment emissions, the first thing to determine is the medium inside it. Then there’s the temperature. What is the substrate? For a typical tank like this, using 5 layers of lining is sufficient. The number of layers of lining and the type of coating used depend on factors such as temperature and the medium involved.
