I am in Wuhai, Inner Mongolia. I consulted the local personnel bureau’s examination center, and they said that registration should be done online through the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Center. What you mentioned is registration on-site; I’m not sure if online registration takes place at the same time Do I still need to go in person after registering online? I’m worried that if there’s a delay, I’ll have to wait another year; I’m getting a bit anxious.
I asked the local personnel department, and I found out that one can take the A-level English test for professional qualifications directly. It can be used when applying for the title of intermediate engineer, and it can still be used when applying for the title of senior engineer. So those who are competent enough should take the A-level exam right away – it saves them the cost of another application fee as well as a year of time, haha.
