Psychological expert Yalom said the following about the relationship between inferiority and confidence: Insecurity and inferiority are like the soil, while self-respect and confidence are merely the crops that grow on it. This sentence shows us that lack of confidence and inferiority feelings are inherent; they exist in everyone ; Self-esteem and confidence, on the other hand, can only be developed through your efforts and careful nurturing. And this sentence also shows that we reap what we sow in a soil of inferiority: if what you sow is not confidence and self-respect, but negativity, depression, or hatred, then it is these negative emotions that you will harvest. Since lack of confidence and inferiority feelings are things we inherently possess, they are like our eyes and mouth; once they exist, we have to accept them. We ignore them, just as we don’t spend the whole day wondering why we have noses, whereas earthworms don’t have noses at all. What you strengthen, you lose. When we first learned to ride a bicycle, we kept reminding ourselves to maintain balance, but we often lost it and fell. Is it strange? It’s not strange at all. The more you strengthen it, the easier it is to lose. For example, a person who stutters may stutter even more if they try to stop doing so; in other words, as we often say, \"the more anxious they are, the more they stutter.\"” ; If he changed his mindset and realized that because I stutter, I can convey the most with the least amount of words, then he wouldn’t worry so much about his own stuttering ; No longer caring, turning a blind eye – that stuttering guy will just leave in boredom ; If the stutterer has left, is he still a stutterer? Dear friends, are you still letting inferiority lie uncultivated in that soil? Don’t you want to cultivate confidence, self-respect, and things like that? Stop being lazy and take action now! How much longer do you want to be lazy? !
You reap what you sow; you lose what you strengthen
There are gains and losses – balance between yin and yang! Relativity!
