Has anyone had an experience like this? Could you introduce the process? Such as what requirements are needed, and so on. Do I need to take the foreign language and computer proficiency tests for professional titles first?
It seems that no requirements are set for English; there are exams related to computers, and it’s also advisable to have a few published papers
