I would like to ask everyone, are the setting pressure of the safety valve and the trip pressure of the safety valve the same pressure? If not, what is the difference?
safety valve set pressure: When the static pressure at the inlet of the safety valve reaches this value, the safety valve will operate. Safety valve set pressure (or opening pressure): Same as set pressure. The safety valve operates just under the pressure when the material flows continuously. Safety valve relieves pressure: The inlet pressure when the safety valve spool is fully open is higher than the set pressure.
