I need a staffing plan for a 30-52 unit gasification plant. Since the operators for centralized control in each workshop are all located in the central control building, how should the staff for the gasification plant be arranged?
Not all are in the control room; there are inspections required, so several people need to be stationed at the air separation and gasification sites
Normal setup for gasification: 1 control room operator, 1 main operator, 1 assistant operator; 2–3 personnel for on-site inspections. For auxiliary tasks, 2 people are needed for slurry preparation, and 2 for flashing···
Depending on the gasification process, the continuity and coordination of tasks and operations vary
Here, we produce 400,000 tons of ammonia per year using coal briquettes for gas generation, and there are 40 workers on each shift in the gas generation unit.
9 for water-coal slurry gasification, 11 for pulverized coal gasification. In addition, a cleaning team of 8-10 people also needs to be assigned.
