The outer wall temperature reaches a maximum of 700°C, and the design pressure is 35Mpa. It is initially planned to use INconel 625 high-temperature alloy steel, which is widely used internationally. However, after research, the price of this alloy steel is between 400,000 and 500,000/ton. Therefore, we now hope to find relatively cheap alloy steel with similar high-temperature strength. I wonder if there is any domestic alloy steel that can meet the requirements.

• Ni-Cr alloys often contain some iron • Inconel alloys with lower iron content, • Incoloy alloys with higher iron content. • The Cr content is similar to that of stainless steel, • The Ni content is much higher than that of stainless steel, • Therefore, it has better resistance to alkali corrosion and high temperature corrosion. 800℃~1000℃, and the use temperature of nickel-based alloy is 600℃~800℃, then austenitic steel can be used.
How about stainless steel heat-resistant steel, such as 310S. But your pressure is so high and the temperature is so high, it’s really troublesome
