Several directions are currently planned for this activity: fine organic synthesis, fine chemical production, formulation of fine chemicals, and chemical additives. (Temporarily, these directions are set; if you have any suggestions, feel free to send me a message via the in-app messaging system.) ) Activity objectives: 1) Strive to turn the fine chemicals version into a stronger version of HaiChuan ； 2) Systematize the information on fine chemicals in a targeted manner ； 3) Improve the popularity of the fine chemicals section further ； The first phase of the event will start with fine organic synthesis, and the topics will include reaction mechanisms, reaction control, applications of reactions, research and development experience, approaches to R&D, as well as the recycling of waste from the fine chemical industry. Topic selection: 1) A post for submitting topics is provided to gather ideas from users; each selected topic awards 20 points of wealth or 2 points of charm ； (Link for soliciting topics on advanced organic synthesis in the first phase: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=583493&page=1#pid3299935) 2) Identify relevant topics from existing posts ； 3) Each moderator selects feasible topics based on their own experience, books, and online research ； Operation and reward system: 1) Each moderator can assign a score of 0–30 or an equivalent value based on attractiveness, but only one moderator may give a score of over 20 ； High scores are awarded for original and empirical discussions and sharing; scoring for the sharing of information and materials is controlled appropriately, meaningless posts are deleted directly, and scoring standards are relaxed somewhat for newcomers ； 2) Topics should be posted in the uniform format of “Fine Organic Synthesis – ****************” (this task is to be carried out by the moderators) ； 3) The moderator shall promptly provide the new topic title, link, and posting time in the pinned promotional post of the fine chemicals section (this task is to be carried out by the moderator) ； 4) Three months after the topic is announced, the moderator jothan is responsible for creating an electronic journal featuring valuable topics, which is then shared in the material-sharing section of the Fine Chemicals forum ； 5) Members who actively participate in discussions and sharing will be recommended by the moderators as candidates for “Technical Discussants” in the Fine Chemicals section, for review by super moderators and forum administrators ；
