In light hydrocarbon recovery units, what do the so-called extremely low pressure conditions and extreme inlet zone conditions mean?

May I ask what is meant by the extremely low pressure conditions and severe inlet conditions in light hydrocarbon recovery units? What safety hazards may arise in the equipment when operating under these two types of conditions?
Extremely low pressure conditions mean that the device can still operate despite the low pressure; extreme inlet condition scenarios imply that operation is not possible, or backflow operation is required. There are also cases where the pressure is extremely high
