How to create a ledger table for equipment in a chemical workshop

It is recommended to maintain separate records for equipment and for equipment maintenance and repairs. Equipment accessories should be listed on a separate line from the main equipment, or equipment cards can be used; since diagrams are not allowed, stickers are used instead.
