When installing DCS cabinets, insulating rubber pads should be placed on the base, and the screws must also be insulated. What effects will there be if it is not added and fixed directly to the bracket made of channel steel?
That means they were mixed together – it was connected directly to ground. It should be the working ground, the protective ground, then to the collection point, and finally connected to the ground below
If the ground resistance is very low, no interference signals will occur. The only situation is when there is thundering and lightning; in such cases, the high energy generated cannot be discharged properly, and it flows back through the grounding wire to the DCS grounding electrode. If the transmitter’s shielding wire is grounded at both ends, a potential difference is created, which in turn leads to interference. Under normal circumstances, there will be no interference.
