When evacuating to a vacuum, why is it necessary to first open the 0.8MPA steam cut-off valve connected to the ejector, and then open the cut-off valve located before the ejector?
It wasn’t explained clearly, so it’s hard to understand. Besides, isn’t it the CO2 stripping process you use? Then why not use steam at 0.35 MPa as power for the ejector?
Here, both the first-stage evaporation ejector and the third ejector for second-stage evaporation are powered by 0.8MPA steam. When creating a vacuum, why is it necessary to first turn on the 0.8MPA steam, and then open the valve that connects the evaporation condenser to the line of the evaporation ejector?
It should be like this: first supply the 0.8MPA steam, then slowly open the shut-off valve in front of the ejector. Perform vacuum pumping in two stages first and then in one stage; start with the last ejector and then the ones located further ahead. To break the vacuum, do the opposite.
