Problems with screw refrigerators

The process uses screw refrigerators with two-stage compression, and the refrigerant is R507. However, during operation, the low-pressure stage is always operating at full load, while the high-pressure stage fails to reach its full load capacity. Could everyone please analyze what’s going on here? Also, does anyone have the startup and shutdown procedures for the freezer? Please share them
It is caused by a leak in the instrument solenoid valve or the sealing ring of the floating balance piston. The cause of this situation is usually dirty oil; check the refrigeration oil!

It’s probably a problem with the spool; check the O-rings of the spool and see if there is any sticking
