I would like to know what the gasification pressure is for the Tianji Luchi furnace What are the associated conversion processes and the pressure conditions in Linde’s low-temperature methanol washing process? Additionally, how is the higher amount of methane produced by the Lurgi furnace converted? As far as I know: Oxygen compressor outlet pressure: 3.6 Mpa ; Nitrogen compressor outlet pressure: 3.0 Mpa. May I ask: is the pressure for low-temperature methanol washing 3.0 Mpa? Vaporization pressure? Thank you to all fellow sailors
1# Song Haoming: The vaporization furnace should be 3.0, and the methanol washing unit is 2.55. The methanol washing unit is from Lurgi, not Linde. They seem to have methanogenesis as well.
They did not use methanation; instead, they used liquid nitrogen for washing
Was it methanation or methane conversion? ? ?
The gasification pressure for the Tianji Ruqi furnace is 3.0 MPa; the pressures for the associated shift reaction and Ruqi’s low-temperature methanol washing processes are 2.9–2.5 MPa. Additionally, the higher methane content produced by the Ruqi furnace is separated and compressed through liquid nitrogen washing, with separate first-stage and second-stage methane conversion processes (similar to those used in natural gas ammonia plants). Oxygen compressor outlet pressure: 3.6Mpa ; The outlet pressure of the nitrogen compressor: 3.0 Mpa is correct.
