Now it’s the difference between the main table and the sub-tables; there are over 100 tons per day. I am currently discussing leak detection matters with a company outside. Generally, leak detection for tap water is done using sound waves. In the past, we hired an engineer from the local water supply company to carry out the inspection, and the leaks he identified turned out to be incorrect when those areas were dug up. The leak detection company used this time employed a method based on current measurement. Have any sailors heard of this method? How effective is it? I’m worried they won’t be able to detect it.

The company has a portable ultrasonic flow meter that can measure flow rates from DN25 to DN5000 at any time, with an accuracy of 0.5 grade. By measuring gradually along different sections of the pipeline, it is easy to identify the area or pipe where there is a leak; a leak detector can then be used to locate the exact position.
Bro, installing a water meter is quite troublesome. And the key point is that this ultrasonic flow meter is probably not cheap.
