We are now planning to purchase urea granulation nozzles and brackets; could everyone recommend some manufacturers? Also, are nozzles produced by domestic manufacturers acceptable? Thank you

It is understood that Jiangsu Linggu Large Fertilizer uses the nozzle granulation system developed by the 11th Aerospace Research Institute in China; the original poster might want to look into it.
Original poster, for the new urea production plant you’re setting up, what manufacturing process will be used? What is its production capacity (tons per day)? In China, the nozzles and driving mechanisms used in tower granulation are developed domestically; no one imports them. The nozzles with a capacity of 1620 tons per day and 1740 tons per day are mostly manufactured by the 11th Aerospace Research Institute, although some of these plants also use nozzles produced in Wenling, Zhejiang. It is recommended to choose driving mechanisms that are integrated with the nozzles, with each nozzle having its own cleaning tank to facilitate cleaning and replacement. Take a look at the nozzles used in those 1620 tons per day production units that were imported – it’s easy to replicate them, as the 11th Research Institute is capable of manufacturing them.

Manufacturers in Wenling, Zhejiang, Aerospace Institute No. 11, Yankuang Luhua Maintenance Company, Wenling Granulator Research Institute, and others. The most commonly used ones are those from Wenling and the 11th Aerospace Research Institute.
