A reminder to young friends: there is a type of woman you should absolutely avoid. It’s a woman in her 50s. Due to various reasons as well as menopause, most of them have rather abnormal temperaments. When dealing with them, you must be very careful. Whether you tell the truth, a lie, kind words, or harsh words, they might get anxious around you. Don’t make jokes with them lightly either. In the office, stressful work can make one age faster. The above in no way implies any discrimination or disdain toward them. Age-related physiological phenomena are something that no one can avoid.

Everyone goes through menopause, but it’s even worse for older men; when arguing, make sure not to speak too loudly! ! What kind of serious conflict could there be in the office that would drive the original poster to antagonize female seniors who are much older than them? Those who work in offices should still uphold good manners; it’s not worth getting upset over trivial matters. :o
