It is unclear where the desalinated water heat exchangers and the heat exchange medium are located. If the heat exchange medium is a gas and its pressure is higher than that of the deionized water, any gas that leaks from the heat exchanger will enter the deionized water side and create an air blockage ; When the heat exchange capacity is insufficient, the temperature of the desalinated water exceeding the saturation temperature may cause direct vaporization, resulting in a gas blockage ; If gas flows while the desalinated water does not flow, prolonged high temperatures can cause the desalinated water to vaporize
There are two desalinated water heat exchangers in the conversion system, namely A and B. The process gas, after passing through these two conversion separators, is sent to the inlet of the low-temperature methanol washing unit.
