Glass-lined reactor damage

The glass-lined reactor that our company purchased in March, with a capacity of 2000 liters, developed a hole inside it today; water from the jacket rushed into the reactor like a water jet. The reactive substances are glacial acetic acid, benzoyl, *ao acid an, and benzene. The temperature can reach up to 130 degrees. Could anyone help analyze what the cause might be? I’m not sure whether it’s a problem with the material itself or improper use on our part.
1. Conduct a thorough inspection of the reaction kettle. Carefully check other areas for chipping. 2. If there is chipping in multiple areas, the kettle is considered unusable. 3. If there is chipping and perforation in only one area, it may be that the area was impacted, resulting in chipping, and then corroded by the medium, leading to perforation. 4. The media listed above should have little impact on enamel.
2# ssl2341 has only one area of chipped enamel with a perforation; if it wasn’t due to impact, what other causes could lead to this phenomenon? How long does a typical enamel-lined reactor usually last before it needs to be replaced?
It is also possible that there is a problem with the quality of the reaction kettle, resulting in localized ceramic cracking
