A pressure switch is a simple pressure control device that can issue an alarm or a control signal when the measured pressure reaches the set value. The working principle of a pressure switch is as follows: when the pressure being measured exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element moves, which directly or after comparison drives the switching element, thereby changing its on/off state and achieving control over the measured pressure. Temperature switch: Just like a thermometer, temperature causes the mercury column to expand when it’s hot and contract when it’s cold; at a certain height there is a metal piece that becomes conductive, and when a specific temperature is reached, this triggers the switch!
Similar to the functions of electrical contact instruments, pressure switches are switches activated by the principle of a balance lever; a pressure difference is required, and temperature is transmitted through a thermosensitive medium.
