Which pipe outlets on the tower require platforms, and which ones do not? What should be the optimal radius of the platform?
Platforms should be installed at the locations on the tower where there are valves, at the points where instruments need to be monitored, and at the manholes. Platforms must also be provided at all flanged connections, and the radius of these platforms should be determined based on their diameter
