The sewage treatment in our unit is very important. Graduate students, PhDs and other elites are all in the environment department. If we don't do this, it will be closed down. There is only input, no output. But the fine is less. There are fewer complaints from surrounding residents. Long-term investment, long-term benefits, benefiting society, future generations, it’s all good. The investment is tens of millions, and those with tens of millions have invested in three phases.
