It is very likely that cavitation is occurring in the centrifugal pump. Check whether the outlet pressure of the centrifugal pump and the temperature of the liquid are normal, as well as whether there are any issues with the flow measurement instruments. The presence of gas in the fluid could also be a factor, and loose bearings or unstable voltage might be other possible causes; unstable voltage can affect the speed of the motor. There may also be irregularities with the impeller
Possible causes: 1. Blocked pipeline； 2. Impeller failure ； 3. Motor failure
The reason is pump evacuation. The main reason is that there are many cases of blocked entrances.
In addition to what was mentioned above, reverse rotation of the motor can also cause it

Comprehensively determine whether this fluctuation is above, below, or within the normal flow range, or whether it fluctuates back and forth. 1. Abnormal motor speed 2. Foreign objects in the pump 3. Loose rotating components (impeller, bearings, etc.)
