Seeking advice: What is the salary and benefits like at Shandong Chemical Engineering Planning and Design Institute?
The reviews from others don’t seem that great, but aren’t design firms all like that? .
I heard that the salary for master’s graduates is over a thousand. It seems like working at CNOOC would be a good option these days; keep working hard!

As far as I know, at least for current graduates, it’s very poor; it’s hard to say what will be the situation in the future
In 2006, I went for an interview and got an offer, but the starting salary was only 800; I didn’t take the job. In 2009, a classmate of mine who had completed his master’s degree went there and earned a salary of 1500. The Shandong branch can be considered one of the best among the provincial-level branches, especially in terms of small-scale ammonia synthesis technology. If one can stick around for five years, it should be a good opportunity to advance career-wise; but if better opportunities arise, it’s certainly better to pass on it
