Now I want to do a chemical distillation simulation, but I majored in control and don’t understand this. I want to join the National Academy of Sciences. Can anyone help me?
I am also exploring Aspen dynamics for distillation dynamic simulation. There are few reference materials. There are several introductory tutorials on Haichuan, and then there are examples in the help. The author is a student of distillation control, please send me some practical information on distillation control.
2# yuanjiajun55 Well, I am also learning* If there is good information, it must be shared. Okay, we can also communicate. Leave your Q number 375316592. Please indicate that it belongs to the forum.
I have also just started to make animations, which are also distillation systems. We can communicate with each other in the future.
Aspen started with static simulation, and there was no dynamic simulation at the beginning. If the control logic is incorrect after adding disturbance, it is likely to form a cumulative error. I suggest that it is more appropriate to build all simulations on a static basis first. After the static is completed, convert it to dynamic and then do the comparison.
4# saga1314 Yes, I have built the static model today. Next, I am going to build the ethylene distillation tower and officially started my research project. Well, I want to do control. Then I will combine Aspen dynamic with simulink to do predictive control and so on.
