If the pump’s inlet diameter is 150 and the outlet diameter is 100, how should I make the choice? What criteria should be used? Thank you all

I’m not sure whether you want to choose a valve or a pipeline; if you go for a valve, just select one that matches the size of your pipeline. For pipelines, you need to consider the flow rate you need to transport.
The selection of industrial valve models is based on the design manual, with considerations mainly given to factors such as the flow rate, medium, pressure, and temperature required.
For transporting steam, diesel, etc., the most common gate valve will suffice, such as Z41H-16C DN150, DN100
The choice of valve depends on the medium flowing in the pipeline; for light oils like in your case, gate valves are typically used. As for whether to use a pneumatic valve or a manual one, it depends first on the site conditions, such as the presence of an air supply line, and second on the process requirements – namely, whether manual adjustment of the valve opening size is necessary
