The wastewater and waste fluids generated by ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plants mainly include: ① drainage from the secondary brine filter； ②Wastewater from ion exchange resin tower regeneration ； ③Evaporation system process condensate (2nd effect) ； ④Condensate wastewater from hydrogen scrubber tower ； ⑤Chlorine scrubber chlorine-containing wastewater ； ⑥Treatment of waste sulfuric acid from the filler drying tower: ① Send it to the primary brine section for desalination ； ②Discharged directly after neutralization treatment ； ③Saline unitized salt can be delivered once ； ④Send to alkaline circulating water station ； ⑤After vacuum dechlorination, it is sent to the brine processing section for salt production ； ⑥Sold as a by-product
There seems to be also sampling waste liquid, which is collected in recycling buckets for use in salt production
