HIC test requirements for A105N

This post was last edited by chang0101 on 2009-12-11 21:07. There is a batch of flanges available, made of ASTM A105N material; the customer requires that the material meet NACE+HIC standards. I searched the Internet for a long time; NACE TM0284 only contains information on testing methods and similar things. I would like to know: 1. What levels of carbon C, sulfur S, and phosphorus P are required to meet the requirements for HIC? 2. Are there any requirements regarding hardness or other aspects? 3. Can ordinary A105N meet the requirements? Also, how much do such tests usually cost? If anyone knows, I would appreciate some guidance!
