I’ve run into a problem recently: the deadline for the special assessment related to highly toxic substances has passed, and the safety supervision department came for an inspection. They pointed out that the safety assessment should have been carried out before the deadline and demanded that corrections be made within one month. The assessment report is now available within that time frame, but since the corrective actions required are quite difficult to implement, work is still in progress, and the assessment agency has not yet given its approval. The safety supervision department believes that these issues have not yet been resolved. I would like to ask: can the assessment report be considered complete when there are still pending corrective actions? Or is there a deadline specified for completing those corrective actions in the assessment report? In my opinion, following the logic of the safety supervision authorities, should the validity period of the safety assessment report start from the date when the rectification is confirmed?

Are the evaluation reports available within a month now? What was the conclusion of the safety assessment report you received? Is your company willing to submit this report to the safety supervision department for record-keeping?
