Does the level of inventory in the RFCC regenerator have an impact on the heat uptake by the external heat exchanger?
Could you describe the regenerator and the external heat removal method? In principle, it doesn’t make much difference, but depending on the configurations of the regenerators and external heat exchangers, the amount of catalyst available may affect stability.
The amount stored for external extraction is only related to the heat absorbed by the external extractor, and its proportion of the total storage in the regeneration system is also very small. The heat absorbed is only related to the amount of coke formed, and has no direct relationship with the regenerator’s inventory.
It basically doesn’t matter, because the heat uptake is related to the catalyst circulation rate in the external heat exchanger and the temperature drop of the catalyst.
